Instructions for Paper Submission

Paper Format

Number of Pages Authors should submit IEEE standard double-column paper with the minimum of 4 full pages, and maximum pages of 6 full pages., including figures, tables & references

Page Size U.S. Letter format (8.5″ x 11″)
Page Numbering Off
File Format 4MB Maximum
Abstract The Abstract should be a meaningful description of your work
Index Terms Use 3 – 8 keywords
Color Use of color is encouraged, but since readers may print the paper in black and white, it is the author’s responsiblity to ensure that all figures/plots can be understood when printed in black and white

Violation of any of the above manuscript specification may result in rejection of your manuscript.

Here are the instructions how to prepare your paper.

IEEE Publication

Conference proceedings that meet IEEE quality review standards may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore), if the paper is not presented at the conference.

‘Pay to publish’ is not allowed by IEEE. So at least one author of a paper must show up and present the paper at the conference.

Official Language

The official language of the Symposium is English. All the camera-ready manuscripts should be submitted in English, and presentations should be made in English.

Conference Proceedings

Each accepted paper reaching us in time will be published on the DVD proceedings that will be distributed at the registration desk.

Opening Hours of the Registration Desk

The registration desk is open during the Conference.

Cancellation and Refund

Registration Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Paper Presentation

All paper must be presented either in oral session or in Online /Skype Session. If a paper, included into the proceedings, fails to be presented any way at the conference, all authors of the paper will be bar out from paper submission to conferences of the organizers in the future.

Oral Presentation

Presentations can be made by using a data projector. All authors are kindly asked to take their presentation on USB drive. To present the paper it is not allowed to use own computer. Conference room is supplied with data projector with PC.
